The Schmidt’s
Tom and Allison love anything old; anything with a story or a history to it. They have a passion for restoring houses and finding a purpose for discarded objects. In a previous life they owned a shop called California Rediscovered in Santa Monica, restoring vintage and antique furniture. So when they found Three Falls Ranch it made perfect sense that they would leave everything they had started in Los Angeles behind and invest in this property, who’s history was left abandoned and neglected.
Along with their two boys they took on this long discarded property. Falling in love with each old cabin, every bottle and postcard that they find; their goal is to not only restore this property to it’s original and cared-for state, but to also share it with other nature, vintage, and outdoor enthusiasts.
The Caretakers
Meet Mike and Ariell
Mike and Ariell joined Three Falls Ranch in 2023 as full time caretakers. Coming from Los Angeles by way of Ohio, they are enthusiastic and excited to help in the rejuvenation and growth of Three Falls Ranch.
